We all need a good trudge across the frozen tundra, apparently it’s good for you 😂 . I will have visited three separate Christmas suppers, breakfasts and celebrations, fantastic! I know how incredibly blessed I am, amen. No real distance or changes in venue, but the socializing is now a real gift, WA-HOO ! It’s a very zen thing to concentrate on the familiar to truly appreciate it and make it new! I plan to spend a lot of quality time staring at the wonders of my backyard as well. In fact I’m doing it right now!
Try planting some seeds (when spring comes, of course!). It's very cool seeing an insignificant seeding grow up to become a huge plant bearing monster zucchini! For me, the zen comes in weeding... a truely perfect way to blank out my mind. And the crickets and cicadas are a perfect temporary remedy for tinnitus! Enjoy the wonders of your own backyard. 🐿
