I have vacationed in Watch Hill for the past 15 years and have never once seen a celebrity. It’s got the best beach on the east coast, though.

Claire has a childhood friend with a grand mansion just up the way from Watch Hill, in Weekapaug, so we’ve been going there for decades. Ditto, with zero celeb sightings. I did have a perfect slice of blueberry pie there, once, and that beats a celeb any day. The pie maker is one of the Real Superstars of Watch Hill.

. . . . which are called "Rocky Mountain oysters," I'm told, available in some Colorado restaurants, I'm told, which have the texture and taste of another animal body part that makes its home near the hind legs of bulls, I'm told, just sayin', which might well be the topic of a future magnum opus by you.
