Quite similar to the ski towns that got swept up by the rich and famous, making it too expensive for the local folk to stay. At least in Boulder, they will leave after a couple of weeks and let the locals resettle.
It’s high time that people consider the impacts of where they move their fat asses and how it affects locals. The Colonial attitudes are still alive and well and it is killing seniors who cannot keep up. If an area you like has a homeless problem, YOU ARE THE PROBLEM IF YOU ADD TO IT.

Pennsylvania already has Big Boulder, which will remain film festival-free. But you knew that.
