AI is wonderful and scary - real scary. It can do stuff that's just astounding and much of that is the speed at which it does it. But its use should be highly restricted to only good people who want good for each other and the planet. Otherwise we are screwed out of our humanity. The End.

What are the odds that only good people would use it? Tiny! Ok I’ll duck and cover now.

We’re trying to fight the massive data centre trying to open north of me … Alberta HAS HARDLY ANY RIVERS to begin with, it’s a dry climate like Arizona for heaven’s sake!

We were promised a frictionless digital future. Nobody mentioned the friction was being transferred to the Colorado River. Pass the talc.

Can you drink talc? I may try it…

I treat AI like an errand girl getting me books from the library, but it is I who still needs to sift through the information. I like your first graphic: we are still the humans who can think better.

So grateful that the bots haven’t achieved “clever” or “insightful” yet. When they do I’ll just cook and eat all day. I’ll become an addict of the New York Times cooking app.
