NPR: Yurt So Good
I ski into a very cold place, under the influence of former Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas. WRITTEN & ILLUSTRATED by PETER MOORE
Sometimes the Road2Elsewhere leads through an NPR recording studio. My most recent radio commentary recounts my frigid night out in Colorado’s State Forest State Park, which has to be the dumbest name ever for a glorious place. It’s as if they named the Grand Canyon “National Ravine National Gorge.” I went on NPR to recount a polar experience in SFSP, to propose a new name for it, and also post a warning about These Perilous Times (National Embarrassment National Election). If your eyes are tired, you can give it a listen, instead of all that reading. See you at the yurt!
