After a long career as a magazine writer and editor, I discovered that I was able to speak and draw, too. Life is full of surprises! A year ago, Front Range NPR hired me to do commentaries and animations to discuss the issues of life in the Colorado Rockies. Tough gig, I know. They practically put a snow-gun to my head and forced me to ski last Friday, but as the consummate professional, I agreed.
