Winter-ish Greetings, Elsewhereians! My pals at BACKPACKER.COM asked me to write about my sketchy life on the trail. My story, and drawings, just popped up on their website. Life is simply richer with a pencil in hand, poised to record it all in your own way. It’s not about the quality of the drawings, it’s about the quality of life you live, and the homage you pay to it with pencil in hand. It’s just a matter of noticing what matters, and eliminating what doesn’t. Not so simple, really. But drawing gives good practice at it.
